Youth regatta - open to all clubs
Youth regatta following Cadet Week. Open to all local clubs and visitors welcome.
Our aim is to provide a friendly and welcoming introduction to racing while also offering an enjoyable days sailing for more experienced young sailors. The event is open to all sailors holding RYA Youth Stage 2 or above (or equivalent experience).

Provisional Programme
09:00 Registration opens
09:30 Welcome and safety briefing
10:00 - 12:00 On-the-water coaching session
12:15 Lunch ashore
(Food and refreshments available to purchase from the Beach Kitchen)
13:00. Competitors briefing
13:30 Race 1 followed by 3 more Races.
17:00 Prize Giving
18:00 Event close
The above times may change depending on weather conditions.
Boat Availability
To encourage participation, RTYC will make a limited number of Topper dinghies available for visiting cadets who do not have access to their own boat.
Club boats will be allocated on a first-registered, first-served basis.
A £10 donation is requested for the use of an RTYC Topper, with all proceeds supporting Tay Sail Training and helping us maintain sailing opportunities for young people.
